The majority of our business in generated by personal referrals from past and present clients. We're located in San Diego County but we fund real estate transactions across the state of California. Opened in 1996, we've funded 1,000s of loans helping friends and clients realize their dreams of homeownership and better cashflow on the home and investment properties they already own with lower interest rates and better loan terms.
